2:30 p.m. - 2006-11-17 She was the light in the room. She loved to laugh, to sing and play. She loved her family, her four grown children - 2 girls and 2 boys, and she adored her grandchildren.... She had been reading all types of religious information and even had traveled to Bibical sites. She went to Egypt, Africa and other areas earlier this year. She had just recently returned from Russia...what wonderful photos she had and the adventures. She drew people to her, because of her spirit and her smile and her specialness. "Carolyn - A Teutonic name meaning "little woman born to command". She is completely feminine and has her life under control. Do not underestimate her." That described her perfectly.....She was the first woman police officer in our town, she married a Navy man and traveled all over the world. She was part organizer of the Navy Family Support Group. She worked in the legal system for a few years. She sold Mary Kay beauty products. She and her husband built their dream house in Rye, Colorado. For a period of time, they also owned an old trapper's cabin and refurbished it well enough that they could stay there for days at a time. She rode ATV's, snow mobiles, tracked animals in their part of the country and cleaned her 360 degree deck in bra and panties..!! She was successful in her life and enjoyed every day. She was young in spirit and vibrant and so loving. Please keep her family in your prayers.. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, sister-in-law and most of all a WOMAN. (this is the sister-in-law that I just visited last weekend.) PEACE AND LOVE
